We expressly refrain from arbitration. All disputes must be addressed through local courts as outlined under 'Governing Law and Jurisdiction' below.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bottles & Ink, its officers, affiliates, partners, contractors, vendors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or demands (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

No arbitration clause applies. Bottles & Ink does not agree to mandatory arbitration and any legal claim must be handled in accordance with applicable civil court procedures.

6. Affiliate Promotions

We may promote and earn affiliate commissions from product or service recommendations. We only promote tools or programs we believe in and are of high value. If you click affiliate links, assume we are compensated.

7. Third-Party Rights

Any services or products offered by third parties through links on this website are the sole responsibility of those third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or service.  

8. Earnings and Income Disclaimer

Bottles & Ink does not guarantee results, income, or success. Any earnings mentioned are illustrative and not representative of average outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, business model, market, and other uncontrollable factors.

9. Refunds and Guarantee

Bottles & Ink values transparency and quality in every digital product we offer. Due to the downloadable nature of our products and subscriptions, please carefully review the following refund policy:

Trial Subscriptions

We offer limited-time trials for certain plans so users can evaluate our content before committing.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of the invoice date and have not downloaded or accessed any premium content, you’re eligible for a full refund.
  • If you access or download any material during the trial, it will be considered an active subscription and non-refundable.

Paid Subscription Plans (Recurring Billing)

  • All paid plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once the trial has expired.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • You are responsible for cancelling your plan before renewal. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel on time.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund past payments.

Digital Download Products (One-Time Purchases)

  • Due to their instant-access nature, all downloadable products are final sale and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital content unless a technical issue prevents access.  

Technical Issues

  • If you encounter a problem accessing your purchase, email us at support@bottlesandink.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will make every effort to resolve the issue.
  • If the problem remains unresolved and the product has not been successfully accessed, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion.

10. Currency

All charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. Your right to use our materials will also terminate.

We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use and to to suspend or delete at any time and without prior notice, the accounts of Users we deem inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any data necessary to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, IP addresses and traffic data.

Suspension or deletion of user accounts does not entitle users to any claim for compensation and damages if they have violated these Terms and Conditions.

Users may terminate their account and stop using the Service at any time by emailing support@bottlesandink.com.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. All disputes must be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.

Bottles & Ink expressly waives the requirement to resolve disputes through arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most recent update will always appear at the top of this page.
